  • For Candidates (Applicants):

    • Assessment Data: Responses to assessment questions, performance data, proctoring data (including audio, video, and activity logs during assessments) collected to ensure the integrity of the assessment process.
    • Resume and Application Information: Details about your educational background, work experience, skills, and any other information you include in your resume or application materials.
    • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the platform, such as login times, pages viewed, features used, and technical information about your device and browser.
  • For Recruiters (Companies / HR Agencies):
    • Account and Contact Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and login credentials.
    • Platform Usage Data: Information about your activity on the platform, such as assessments created, candidate profiles viewed, and communication logs.
    • Billing Information: Details necessary for payment processing (though no refunds are offered as per our policy).

  • To Provide and Operate the Platform: To create and manage user accounts, facilitate online assessments, and provide access to platform features.
  • For Assessments and Recruitment: To administer assessments, evaluate candidate performance, provide proctoring services, and enable Recruiters to review candidate profiles and assessment results for recruitment purposes.
  • To Improve and Personalize Services: To understand how users interact with the platform, troubleshoot issues, develop new features, and personalize user experience.
  • For Communication: To send important updates, notifications related to assessments or candidate applications, and respond to inquiries.
  • For Security and Integrity: To monitor platform activity, detect and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized use, and ensure the integrity of the assessment process through proctoring.

  • Sharing with Recruiters: For Candidates, the information you provide in your profile, resume, application materials, and your assessment results (including relevant proctoring data as determined by the Recruiter and the platform’s capabilities for integrity verification) will be shared with the Recruiters who have invited you to assessments or to whom you have submitted your application data through the platform. Recruiters will process this data for their recruitment and hiring purposes.
  • Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the platform, providing services (like cloud hosting and technical support), and conducting our business. These service providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which they were engaged.  
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights or property, or ensure the safety of our users or others.  
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
